A.R.K. Capsule

Do you know what A.R.K. means? Fourth form wants to spread the word! A.R.K. means Act of Random Kindness, an action you do anytime, anywhere just to feel well and make someone happy too!

They’ve been doing A.R.K.s and sharing their feelings. They want more people to show empathy and feel great so they designed a T-Shirt Capsule, paraded wearing them in an assembly, encouraged others to do some Acts of Random Kindness and asked people to share their feelings by posting messages in a mail box.
